1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We choose the most suitable shipping method based on the order weight and destination.

Small Packages (Under 5 KG)
For orders under 5 kg, we usually ship via dedicated logistics lines.
Estimated delivery time: 18–25 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Express Shipping (Small Parcels Under 5 KG)
For lightweight parcels under 5 kg, we may also use international express services such as:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • DHL

The specific carrier will be selected based on logistics availability and delivery efficiency.

Over Size Items (Like: LED Great Lights)
For large or Over Size Items orders, sea freight is used by default.

Estimated delivery time: 20–40 days, depending on the shipping route, port congestion, and customs clearance.

2. Taxes, Duties and Import Fees

Our product prices and shipping fees do not include:

  • Import duties
  • Customs clearance charges
  • Local taxes (VAT/GST)
  • Brokerage fees

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by the local customs authority or shipping carrier.

3. Remote Area Delivery

If the delivery address is located in a remote or extended area, the shipping carrier may charge an additional remote area surcharge.
Any such fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty Policy

All products sold by JideTech Camera are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Return & Refund Policy
